These Terms & Conditions apply when you browse or place an order with Tamara's through tamarascollect.com. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
Orders are subject to product availability and our acceptance. After checkout, you will receive an order confirmation at the email address you provide. We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, or order information appears incorrect.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Georgian lari (₾) unless stated otherwise. The total shown at checkout includes the applicable product price and any delivery charge. Payment is processed securely by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.
3. Product information
We aim to present colours, measurements and product details accurately. Displays vary, so colour may look slightly different on your device. Natural or handmade materials can also have small variations.
4. Delivery
Delivery estimates shown at checkout are indicative. We will contact you if an order is delayed or cannot be fulfilled. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address.
5. Returns and refunds
Your cancellation, return and defective-product rights are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
6. Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for keeping your account details confidential and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use its content for unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual property
Site design, photographs, copy, branding and other content belong to Tamara's or our licensors. You may view the site for personal shopping, but may not reproduce or commercially use its content without written permission.
